Why do we need to pre-order our food? Can’t we just decide on the day?
In order to make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we sometimes need to plan and prepare a bit in advance. This helps us ensure that everyone at your table gets their food at the same time. We also have other guests in the restaurant, and avoiding bottlenecks in the service benefits everyone.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, absolutely! We just ask that you send us your invoicing details at least two days before your visit.
When do you need our food order?
We’d like to receive your food choices no later than two days before your visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know at least two days in advance. In urgent cases such as illness, of course, it’s fine to cancel on the same day.
Can we book a table on the outdoor terrace?
We don’t take reservations for outdoor seating, but feel free to leave a note in your booking if you’d like to sit outside — we’ll do our best to accommodate you if space allows.
